Über den Bereich

Die Rolle ist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der ganzheitlichen Koordination, Steuerung und Governance des divisionalen Sanktions-Compliance-Programms. Sie stellt sicher, dass alle sanktionsbezogenen Aktivitäten im Private Banking strukturiert, priorisiert, transparent überwacht und konsistent an Senior Stakeholder sowie relevante Governance-Gremien berichtet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des divisionalen Sanktions-Compliance-Programms

• Planung und Durchführung von Deep Dives, Sonderanalysen und strategischen Initiativen zu Sanktions-Themen

• Strukturiertes Monitoring und Reporting von Meilensteinen, Findings und Maßnahmen

• Zentrales Nachverfolgen von Maßnahmen aus Audits, regulatorischen Prüfungen und SteerCo-Entscheidungen

• Durchführung von Analysen zu ad-hoc priorisierten Fragestellungen

• Sicherstellen von Transparenz zu Kapazitäten und Ressourcen in sanktionsrelevanten Bereichen

• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Management Information für Senior Management und Governance-Gremien

• Abstimmung mit globalen PMO-Strukturen und relevanten Stakeholdern inkl. Sanctions, AFC, Risk, Compliance und Regionen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

• Erfahrung in regulatorischen Programmen, Governance- oder PMO-nahen Funktionen

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen auf Senior-Management-Ebene klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren

• Starke Koordinations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills

• Sehr gute PowerPoint- und Excel-Kenntnisse

• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

• Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

The role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end coordination, governance and steering of the Divisional Sanctions Compliance Programme. It ensures that all sanctions related PB activities are structured, prioritised, transparently monitored and consistently reported to senior stakeholders and relevant governance fora.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and continuous development of the divisional Sanctions Compliance Programme

• Conduct and coordinate deep dives, special analyses and strategic sanctions-related initiatives

• Monitor and report milestones, findings and remediation actions in a structured way

• Centrally track actions arising from audits, regulatory reviews and SteerCo decisions

• Perform analyses on ad‑hoc, high‑priority topics

• Ensure transparency on capacities and resources for sanctions-related activities

• Prepare senior‑level Management Information and content for governance committees

• Align with global PMO structures and collaborate with key stakeholders across Sanctions, AFC, Risk, Compliance and regional teams

Your skills and experiences

• Successfully completed undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in regulatory programmes, governance or PMO-type roles

• High analytical capability and structured working style

• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly at senior management level

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skill set

• Fluent in English and German

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
