Job Title: IT Application Engineer, Associate
Location: Pune, India
Role Description
As an Associate in Innovation Platform Management, you will be a hands-on member of the core team responsible for the bank's central innovation platform. This role is focused on building, maintaining, and supporting the platform's digital workflows and forms. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with low-code/no-code platforms and a good understanding of UI/UX principles, working under the guidance of a senior product lead.

Your key responsibilities
1. Hands-On Workflow & Form Building:
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience building applications, multi-step forms, or business process workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Crucial: Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar enterprise tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with senior team members to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions.
2. Good Foundational Knowledge of UI/UX:
- A solid, practical understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating clean, intuitive, and effective user interfaces.
- Experience applying these principles to ensure solutions are user-friendly and drive adoption.
3. Platform Support & Maintenance:
- Experience acting as a support contact for platform users, with an ability to manage feedback and basic support requests.
- Skills in testing, troubleshooting, and assisting with bug fixes for digital processes and reports.
4. Documentation & User Enablement:
- Ability to create clear user documentation, guides, or training materials to support platform adoption and empower end-users.
- Experience supporting the ongoing administration of platform processes, such as managing user access configurations.
5. Collaborative Team Player:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, taking direction and collaborating closely with senior team members on project deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an interest in corporate innovation.
Your skills and experience
- Hands-on experience in building applications, forms, or workflows using low-code/no-code tools, with a strong preference for Microsoft Power Platform, ITONICS, or similar enterprise-grade low-code/no-code platforms.
- A solid, practical understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure user-friendly and effective interfaces.
- Experience in providing platform support, managing user feedback, and assisting with bug fixes.
- Proficiency in creating user documentation and training materials.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is standard.
- Experience: Junior roles typically require 3 - 5 years of experience in IT or Business Process Management roles.
- Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code platforms are beneficial.
- Prior experience with the ITONICS platform is a plus.
