About the Team

Support Deutsche Bank's Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) division as a Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) in the Applied Innovation Tribe. This pivotal role is part of a highly agile operating unit seeding multiple foundational projects, placing you at the heart of next-generation AI Process and Control Agents. Centrally located within the AI Programme, your mission is to work closely with cross divisional subject matter experts to deliver foundational services and steering projects from concept to reality.

As a Technical Product Manager (f/m/x), you will assume full end‑to‑end ownership of the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of agentic solutions. This includes defining the product vision, overseeing cross‑functional execution, and ensuring that delivered capabilities align with business objectives and user needs. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and promoting best practices that enable reusability, standardization, and scalability of these solutions across the firm.

Your key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the agent-/capability planning: process analyses, re-engineering, agentic re-design and technical specification of business requirements into epics and user stories, meticulously plan sprints and steer the end to delivery and be the key interface between business stakeholders, and the technical development experts.

  • Facilitate workshops and apply deep methodology knowledge to drive project structuring, execution, championing the adoption of agentic and generative AI to build robust, safely scaling solutions.

  • Collaborate very close with the engineering team to align technical POCs, implementation and continuous testing, define/monitor KPIs to measure the impact across development and during transition into production.

  • Delivering AI Agent or Agentic Systems projects end-to-end within an agile (Scrum) setup.

Your skills and experiences

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Several years of professional experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Developer, with a focus on advanced AI projects.

  • Solid Product Mindset, understanding the customer needs and planning of product roadmap.

  • Ability to engage deeply in system design, data flows, and tradeoffs with senior engineers

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and operate effectively in driving a product implementation, especially those requiring strong governance, safety, or trust guarantees

  • Strong software and data engineering skills, including data modeling, prefered knowledge on MCP etc.

  • Knowledge of AI development tools; Google ADK experience is highly preferred.

  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in reading/understanding German is very beneficial to interpret key operational and process documents.
