JOB TITLE: Director – DB9805601
Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Director in New York, NY to manage the regional book of work for the Bank’s Navigator platform, coordinating with regional business management and senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience evaluating and overseeing the implementation of supervisory frameworks in compliance with financial regulations issued by Federal Reserve, SEC, FINRA, BASEL, Dodd Frank, and Volcker; designing, implementing, and monitoring operational and regulatory controls to mitigate risk across sales and trading functions; testing supervisory models, policies, and frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance; participating in control governance forums and regulatory committees and leading large-scale regulatory and risk initiatives; analyzing and monitoring risk for global securities trading businesses across products including listed Derivatives, Futures and Options, OTC Derivatives, including Swaps, Options, Structured products, equities, Credit, Rates, and FX assets, government and corporate bonds, exchange traded funds, structured notes, prime brokerage, stock loans, and derivative clearing; monitoring strategic risk and control projects including Cancel and Corrects, Trader Mandate, Internal Counterparty, and Operational risk measurement metrics; reviewing electronic and algorithmic trading activities to identify any market manipulation, front running, wash sales, layering, spoofing, price checks, notional and order checks; building Key risk Indicator, key control indicator, risk register, and control inventory to perform internal risk and control assessments. Salary range: $309,000.00 – $340,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
