Details of the Division and Team:

The AVP, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Data Analytics & Reporting is a business‑proximate, control‑critical role embedded within the Singapore Private Bank CLM organisation. The role is responsible for delivering high‑quality CLM data analytics, data visualisation, and reporting to directly support CLM Leads and Front Office stakeholders in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai, while also contributing to global central CLM reporting and governance.

This role is based in Singapore due to its close interaction with Front Office, AFC, Compliance, COO, and senior CLM stakeholders, and its accountability for regulatory‑facing data, management information, and supervisory responses.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary on‑shore CLM data analytics partner for Singapore‑based CLM leadership, providing timely, accurate, and decision‑ready MI to support client lifecycle governance, prioritisation, and escalation.

  • Design, maintain, and enhance CLM dashboards and visualisations covering onboarding, periodic reviews, EDRs, remediation, and SoW, with a strong focus on usability for Front Office and senior management consumption.

  • Provide hands‑on analytical support to regulatory, audit, and supervisory engagements, including rapid turnaround of data requests, drill‑downs, and thematic analysis.

  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic, ensuring alignment with Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai regulatory expectations.

  • Perform detailed data validation, reconciliation, and root‑cause analysis, owning the resolution of data quality issues in partnership with Technology, Operations, and AFC.

  • Produce forward‑looking insights on capacity, ageing, bottlenecks, and risk trends to proactively support CLM decision‑making and risk mitigation.

  • Act as the Singapore CLM data point of contact to the global central CLM organisation, ensuring local nuances and regulatory expectations are accurately reflected in global reporting.

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CLM, KYC, AML, or regulatory data analytics within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a comparable regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior business and control stakeholders through data‑driven insights and regulatory‑quality reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel), with the ability to independently design and maintain executive‑level dashboards.

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end CLM processes, regulatory obligations (e.g. MAS / HKMA), and control frameworks.

  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, judgement, and accountability in a fast‑paced, regulatory‑sensitive environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
