Role Description
The Business Analyst manages and delivers the analysis and requirements gathering phase of a change initiative project that is targeted to design a target operating model on current and proposed business processes, their required governance and management to ensure improvements are realized in a robust and controlled environment. This includes analytical aspects outside the impacted area or team to ensure target design are aligned front to back. They are accountable for ensuring that the project remains on track and ensure all relevant stakeholders are consulted or informed on the designs, securing their agreement as required.

Your key responsibilities
Research, compile and define complex process and identify problem areas in order to work on a solution in partnership with architects, developers and business users
Design and conceptualize business solution options and articulate underlying impact analysis
Effectively communicate upwards, regularly reporting on status and sharing work product materials, producing management decks as and when necessary
Actively support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture
Lead other Business Analysts in the delivery of the project and support the F2B Workstream Lead to ensure that projects are on track based on business requirements, risks and issues are appropriately escalated
Your skills and experience
Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years work related experience and knowledge on analysis methods, tools and techniques, Business Analysis Life cycle, Writing BRDs, FRDs, Process Flows creation, User Stories etc.
Have lead a team of Business Analysts.
Working experience on Financial Services and CB/IB Operations e.g. Middle Office, Core processing (settlements, etc.) would be preferred
Working experience as a Business Analyst on automation/Transformation projects in Agile environment would be preferred
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Project Team etc.)
Excellent partnership with business/technology
Demonstrable focus on delivery/execution and problem solving
High attention to detail and ability to stay organized despite multiple demands
Ability to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks. Project management/PMO experience would be preferred
Excellent proven communication and documentation/presentation skills
Ability to identify and escalate problems at an early stage
Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations
Fluent in English (written/verbal)
