Role Description
The Team Manager will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Candidate/Applicant needs to ensure team adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. Needs to monitor volume inflow and assist in sufficient resource and workflow allocation in a justifiable manner. Candidate/Applicant should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.

Your key responsibilities
- Day to day management of Process Service Delivery and monitoring and controlling workflows.
- Identifying Operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately.
- Regular review of procedures.
- Ensure adequate back-ups created for all critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies (staff shortage, high volumes etc).
- Ensure all audit points are closed within the expected time limit.
- Analyze the process and encourage for continuous innovation to reduce cycle time, minimize risk and maximize productivity.
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s with staff and detect issues early on.
- Daily monitoring of incoming FX Trades, Lien Release, Account opening, Miscellaneous wires requests and processing them within cut off time.
- Onboarding the client assets from counterparties for incoming WM clients in a timely manner while working with front office, custodian and counterparties.
- Terminating the client accounts upon request from FO and ensuring that cash and securities are transferred within expected time and accurately.
- Pricing of alternative investment products for private bank and brokerage clients.
- New client investments in alternatives which will include private equity and Hedge funds closing, capital call and distribution.
- Supervision of work for couple of resources in the team & reporting the same to team manager.
- Ensuring all process controls as laid out in KODs are followed by team and ensure KODs are kept up to date.

Your skills and experience
Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required, leadership skills will be essential for this role. Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected. Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.
