The Chief Security Office ensures that all information within Deutsche Bank is adequately protected. We secure our employees, businesses, information assets and client information by responding every day to new threats. Main objective of CTO Identity & Access (I&A) is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right people at the right time.
The Project Management Office (PMO) for I&A enables and assures the optimal quality and governance of programs/projects by the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the relevant program and project framework, standards and best practices. The office provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all changes within the department and covers core topics such as financial management, resource management, ordering and contract management. We are looking for a PMO Lead who will be responsible for budget and resource management operations for the central I&A PMO team and supporting the PMO manager in day-to-day activities. The role will interface with a broad range of internal points of contact from across the Identity & Access organization. PMO Lead functionally reports to the PMO Manager.
Responsibilities
- Financial and resource planning, forecasting and status tracking across the I&A projects, ensuring spend optimization within approved budgets and providing feedback for deviations.
- Headcount governance for the domain including position management for internal and external staff, managing perm hiring and backfills.
- Managing end-to-end vendor engagement and support for contract management.
- Actively driving the order management. Submission and managing orders incl. invoice review and conciliation.
- Support for the Program/Project Manager (meeting minutes, follow-up, etc.), managing multiple ad-hoc and short timeframe requests.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management/PMO practices within banking or financial services.
- Proficient English language skills (written/verbal), high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Workday, Clarity, SAP Ariba, Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, headcount management, contracting and strategic forecasting. Experience in process optimization supporting multiple teams across geographies.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills; resilient and adaptable in complex, dynamic environments. Open to learn and work on new dimensions.
