Your key responsibilities

• Overall governance of the products including QDII and insurance; Key contact with relevant regulators as a designated product manager / administrator

• Manage relevant KODs (Key Operating Documents) and product procedure

• Lead/ coordinate system development and UAT

• Training & Sales Qualification Control

• Regulatory Reporting

• Interact with external counterparties & timely review the counterparties

• Train RM on investment knowledge and products

• Monitor the industry trend on going, and gather information of competitors’ products and solutions

• Coordinate with internal departments and outside service/product providers for PWM trading platform and workflow

• Support system development and UAT

• Support and partner with coverage and COO functions

Your skills and experience

• University degree (master preferred) with at least 2 years working experience in financial Industry.

• Good knowledge in QDII/investment products & insurance product, as well as capital markets and investment solutions

• Good knowledge of Wealth Management Business

• Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, drive and integrity

• Project experience preferred, able to work under pressure

• Good communication skill

• Fluent in both English and Chinese
