We are looking for a Senior Business Functional Analyst who will work closely with clients to gather requirements and understand the technical considerations required to deliver new features on an existing workflow platform application.

Domain & Functional Knowledge:
Experience with workflow, case management, or process‑driven applications in a banking or financial services environment is nice to have. Familiarity with Private Bank operations, client servicing processes, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.

Understanding of compliance‑driven and audit‑sensitive systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document and develop complete solutions in cooperation with the scrum teams to deliver new components
  • Close collaboration with Product Owners, Team Leads, Squad Members and Domain Architect to ensure consistency across domain, target architecture
  • Working closely the relevant Operations, Business, Technology stakeholders within other squads and across tribes
  • Provide demos to Ops, gather feedback and improve operational processes
  • Act as a contact person for all software development-related topics and questions - both from the developers (by actively coaching them) or from the other team members.
  • Shaping the future of our technology stack and applying it innovatively to solve complex problems.
  • Active involvement in transfer knowledge sessions, documenting, reviews, and coaching team members
  • Help to design, mock-up different web UI screens in collaboration with Operations, Business and UX designer
  • Describe different process flows using diagrams and suggest automation of these flows

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as BA
  • Outstanding analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling
  • Exposure to management activity using tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
  • Comfortable working within a full project life cycle from initiation through to delivery
  • Experience of working with an agile methodology
  • Experience in identifying and documenting client technical needs, internal structures, procedures, workflows, and systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge.
  • Nice to have: experience with workflow modeling/Camunda Modeler
  • Nice to have: Previous management exposure (small team)
