Job Title: Institutional Client Service Account Manager (Conventional debt)

Location: Dublin

Corporate Title: AVP

As part of the Corporate Trust Debt and Agency team you will have responsibility for a broad portfolio of transactions and will be required to engage directly with clients in addition to the various transaction parties who perform functions on clients’ deal. Products in scope range across conventional debt (including but not limited to programme debt, High Yield and Eurobond debt Middle East and North Africa Sukuk debt services).

Your key responsibilities

  • Maintenance of a portfolio of client relationships ensuring their conventional debt transactions are executed and managed in line with client expectations

  • Acting as a deal lead with management over new transactions and deals, including safeguarding communication with both external and internal stakeholders, while working within the client’s planned transaction schedule for successful timely closing

  • Collaborating with clients and internal/external stakeholders to agree and implement streamlined improvements with use of available technology

  • Managing ongoing and ad hoc client queries alongside deal-related enquiries from all involved in a deal or transaction

  • Overseeing required necessary approvals for client onboarding and deal set-up

  • Preparing, amending, and gaining the necessary business approvals on legal documents in partnership with the Transaction Management Group

Your skills and experience

  • Relevant experience in a similar role or in a Corporate Trust, cash management, capital markets, custody or loan administration function or environment

  • A good understanding of the global financial services industry and debt capital markets

  • Some knowledge of the following: Payment processing, Issuing and Paying Agency, international or domestic clearing systems, debt capital markets documentation, capital markets operations

  • Confident and experienced in client relationships, able to build a rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and other internal/external stakeholders

  • Foreign language skills including German, Spanish, Italian, French and Russian would be beneficial
