Overview
As Team Lead, you will oversee and develop a team of Client Services Specialists responsible for delivering agency services across a diverse portfolio of project finance and structured finance transactions, primarily within the power and infrastructure sectors.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex domestic and international transactions, driving operational excellence, and contribute to client relationship development and business growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal partners and external stakeholders to support the full lifecycle of transactions and deliver best-in-class agency services.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Client Management
- Lead and develop a geographically diverse team of Client Services Specialists (NY, FL, CA)
- Provide coaching, performance oversight, and drive consistent execution
- Support client acquisition and retention through strong service delivery and relationship management
- Identify and pursue opportunities to support business growth and new mandates
Client Service & Transaction Management
- Oversee a portfolio of complex project finance transactions for global clients
- Ensure accurate execution of agency roles (account bank, collateral agent, administrative agent, trustee, intercreditor agent)
- Oversee flow of funds activities, including payments (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH), drawdowns, and cash flow waterfall mechanics
- Monitor borrower compliance with financing agreements and oversee amendments, waivers, and consents
Stakeholder Management & Oversight
- Act as a primary escalation point for clients, lenders, external counsel, and internal teams
- Lead deal closings in partnership with Transaction Management, and manage complex issues ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
- Promote a strong control environment focused on risk management and adherence to policies
- Support governance initiatives and technology enhancements projects
Skills You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, or Corporate Trust
- Strong knowledge of syndicated loan structures, collateral/security trustee services, and administrative agent responsibilities
- Proven experience managing trust accounts and related operational processes
- Ability to interpret complex legal documentation and apply it in an operational context

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York is $170,000 -$275,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
