Institutional Cash Management (ICM) sits at the heart of Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank, providing global clearing, payments, liquidity, and FX-related solutions to Financial Institutions worldwide. The business is entering a renewed growth phase, with FX an increasingly important product vertical.
As an Associate, Product Management Specialist, you will support the development and ongoing management of ICM products, with particular emphasis on FX payments and automated FX conversion solutions supporting cross-border payment flows.

Your key responsibilities
Support product planning and execution activities across the ICM product lifecycle with focus on FX payments-related initiatives
Assist in gathering, analysing, and prioritising product and client requirements to support product vision and roadmap development
Contribute to business cases, market analysis, and internal product materials
Work closely with technology and operations partners to support delivery of product enhancements in line with internal governance and regulatory frameworks
Support ongoing analysis of product performance, client usage trends, and market developments
Assist with product governance activities including documentation, reviews, and internal approvals and support internal and external stakeholder engagement, including responding to queries from sales, implementation, or client teams
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different functions
Interest in financial services, payments, cash management, and FX
Proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn working style
Exposure to banking, payments, cash management, FX, or financial market infrastructure
Prior experience within product, operations, technology, analytics, or project-based roles in financial services
