Private Banking Operations in Luxembourg supports both internal and external stakeholders through a wide range of operational services, including Transaction and Payment processing, Corporate Actions assistance, Credit Card management, document handling and client-related administrative activities. The different teams ensure efficient, accurate and compliant execution of all processes in a dynamic and international environment.
Within Deutsche Bank Private Banking Operations in Luxembourg, you will support the different teams and gain hands-on experience across key operational processes. This internship offers exposure to banking operations, document management and transaction processing in an international environment.
In addition, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg offers a strong intern community, providing networking opportunities and valuable insights into various processes and functions across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Support Credit Card management, scanning and archiving activities.
- Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives within the Operations environment.
- Contribute to supporting account openings, pricing templates and data review.
- Provide support to daily operational tasks and progressively take on additional processing activities.
- Document processes and create a practical guide for future interns to ensure knowledge transfer and structured handover.
Skills
- Student in the field of Business / Economics (Bachelor, Master or during gap year).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Interest in banking operations and administrative processes.
- Good command of English; German and/or French are considered an advantage.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
