Job Description:

As part of Client Lifecycle Germany project for Private Bank clients, Requirements Engineer is essential in bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Strong financial services acumen, translating regulatory policy changes into clear business requirements and functional specifications for solution design and delivery.
- Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation Present key timeline, milestones and status update in absence or in conjunction of a Product Owner to senior management and hold strategic discussions independently.
- Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as project management, software engineering, vendor) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions.
- Documentation of requirements, processes and controls in Confluence and Jira.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery as a Business Analyst by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, supporting SIT/UAT and pre‑go‑live change activities, and taking full ownership of production issues through coordinated resolution.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements and solutions.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), with the maturity to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior management in international environments.
- Ownership mindset with a strong delivery focus, able to work under pressure and drive topics end‑to‑end into production.
- Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong practical skills in core tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
