Deutsche Bank is seeking an Analyst to join the Corporate Advisory team in Milan, which is responsible for M&A activities for mid-market in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day of transaction execution and pitching efforts.
  • Draft presentations, information memorandum and other marketing materials.
  • Run financial models (DCF, LBO) and other valuation data set (trading and transaction comps).
  • Conduct market analysis.
  • Execute smoothly and autonomously all relevant duties assigned in the context of marketing and execution activities.

Skills

  • Master’s degree in finance or business administration from a Business or Engineering School.
  • Fluency in English.
  • At least 1 year as a Full Time Analyst within a corporate finance environment (leading investment bank, elite boutique or similar).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and financial modelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Bloomberg and FactSet.
  • Natural curiosity and self-motivation.
  • High standards of professional and ethical conduct.
