This role sits within the CEO COO Team, specifically in the Legal Change Group, which is responsible for a broad and varied global portfolio of work spanning AI implementation, regulatory remediation, audit resolution, and business-driven change. This includes initiatives of strategic importance to the organisation. The Legal Change Group primarily supports the Legal Department in delivering its change agenda; however, as part of the wider CEO COO Team, the group is also expected to support broader CEO function change initiatives. This role is well suited to an AVP looking to build experience across AI-led projects, regulatory implementation, and audit remediation, while contributing to process improvement, digitisation, and the delivery of tangible business value.

Your key responsibilities
Support the delivery of change initiatives across CEO functions, with a particular focus on the Legal Department, working closely with and reporting to the Head of Legal Change.
Produce and maintain core project management artefacts, including project plans, PIDs, Gantt charts, and RAID logs, and provide regular, accurate status updates to senior management and the Legal Leadership Team.
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into clear, well-structured requirements and delivery plans.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and sprint review sessions, ensuring actions, decisions, and follow-ups are clearly captured and progressed.
Support the delivery of AI-led initiatives, regulatory implementation activities, and audit remediation workstreams by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, assessing current processes, and helping to drive execution through to completion.
Your skills and experience
Graduate or equivalent experience, with relevant experience in a business change, project management, or business analysis role, with demonstrable involvement in the delivery of change initiatives. Preferably experience supporting AI-related projects, regulatory implementation, or audit remediation activity. This is not a pure technology role; therefore, candidates should bring strong business change and delivery support capabilities.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with product and project management processes and techniques, including roadmaps, reporting, milestone tracking, RAID, and RACI.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively across global teams, and operate with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
A Legal background is not required for this role, whilst you will work with Legal, your experience and expertise required is based on Project Management.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and good problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with an interest in process improvement and delivering change in a controlled environment
