Details of the Division and Team:
Provide daily support to Relationship Managers (RMs) in servicing clients, executing transactions, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities:
Client Service & Transactions
Handle client inquiries and support RMs in meeting client needs
Execute transactions (money market, securities, FX) with proper checks
Process payment instructions, including verification and record keeping
Monitor transactions and flag any suspicious activity for AML purposes
Account & Operational Support
Assist with account opening/closing in line with AML/KYC requirements
Maintain accurate client and account information in systems
Monitor overdrafts, credit excess, and fee-related matters
Take ownership of operational issues and resolve them fully
Compliance & Risk
Conduct KYC due diligence (e.g. media checks, database searches)
Ensure compliance with AML, regulatory, and data protection rules
Support management of loans, covenants, and structured products
Escalate any risks or compliance concerns
Documentation & Administration
Prepare client documents (account packs, valuations, meeting materials)
Maintain proper filing and audit trail
Support mailing and documentation processes
RM & Business Support
Assist RMs with follow-ups, meetings, and client communications
Support marketing events and reporting tasks
Provide administrative support to Head of Desk and team
Client Coverage
Support Philippines clients and travel with RMs when required for KYC and client meetings
Teamwork
Work closely with internal teams and support colleagues as needed
Contribute to process improvements
Your skills and experience:
Degree or relevant banking experience
Minimum 7 years’ experience in private banking / wealth management client servicing
Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements
HKMA/SFC License 1
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented
High integrity and professional attitude
Fluent in English and Tagalog
