Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join CSO CTO Endpoint Security team. You will lead the coordination of responses to security audit topics, ensure timely remediation of findings, and drive continuous improvement in audit practices to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

Working closely with Endpoint Security Engineering, Architecture, Threat Operations, EUC, CSO Support, and Risk & Audit teams, you will help strengthen controls, improve processes, and enhance the overall security and compliance posture across the Endpoint Security landscape.

Your key responsibilities

  • Audit Response & Coordination: Manage all aspects of the Endpoint Security team's response to audit findings, overseeing remediation and producing high-quality validation of deliverables while maintaining comprehensive oversight of all requests to ensure the timely delivery of actions within the agreed timelines.
  • Team Engagement & Oversight: Determine appropriate team involvement and individual responsibilities for audit validations, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Action Plan Review & Guidance: Provide expert review on action plans, ensuring effective controls and comprehensive documentation for Endpoint Security issues.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Communicate Bank and Group Audit plans, ensuring understanding and alignment within Endpoint Security teams and Threat Operations, and collaborate with audit and risk teams.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Drive documentation of workflows, process controls, and checklists to mitigate non-compliances and champion audit practice improvements.

Your skills and experience

  • Graduate degree required. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive audit experience in financial services or internal audit, with a deep understanding of methodologies, preferably with security domain exposure.
  • In-depth knowledge of risks, controls, and regulatory developments pertinent to Endpoint Security within a global financial institution. Experience with audit and risk teams is essential.
  • Excellent management and planning skills, with a proven ability to drive change and manage complex remediation requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex information, influence outcomes, and drive consensus.
  • Proven ability to analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and develop effective remediation strategies for Endpoint Security issues.
  • Strong understanding of Endpoint Security technologies and environments, with the ability to collaborate with engineering and architecture teams and Threat Operations. Familiarity with EDR, anti-malware, and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tanium) is highly beneficial.
  • Direct experience in Endpoint Security is a significant advantage.
  • Related security certifications are a plus.
  • Professional/industry recognized qualifications in audit, risk management, or information security.
