Role Overview:
As a Junior Relationship/Account Manager Intern, you will assist in developing, managing, and retaining client relationships. You will support the acquisition of assets by expanding existing client relationships and cultivating new ones for the Bank. Your primary focus will be on growth-enhancing "wallet share" through cross-selling and attracting new clients. You will identify sales initiatives based on expert knowledge of the market, industry, and Wealth Management's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships, providing holistic client experiences.
Support in identifying and executing sales initiatives to expand client portfolios.
Participate in market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
Collaborate with senior relationship managers to deliver tailored, strategic, and innovative solutions to clients. Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required, proficiency in additional languages is desirable.
- Business, Economics, Finance Student or Graduate (Bachelor, Master, or Gap Year).
- Strong interest in financial services and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
