Details of the Division and Team:
As part of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (“IBCM”) business
provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include largecap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in M&A
Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Your skills and experience:
At least 1-2 years of relevant M&A advisory and/or Corporate Finance experience
Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Korean
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies
Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
Education/Qualifications:
Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability
Excellent communication skills with Fluency in both Korean and English
