Overview
Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information for Fixed Income and Derivatives Products. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility.
Work includes: •Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate •Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties.

What You’ll Do
Perform transaction validations and pre-matching activities with external counterparties for Fixed Income (Bonds) transactions.
Execute and monitor control tasks to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Monitor Bonds and Derivatives transactions through clearing and settlement systems.
Maintain daily contact with local brokers and counterparties to verify, monitor, and resolve transaction-related issues.
Register, process, and settle Fixed Income and Derivatives trades with clearing houses.
Generate, review, and distribute reports related to Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives activities.
Support the team in executing tests related to incidents, system enhancements, and new product implementations.
Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team.
