This senior Program Manager role within Capital Markets Transformation is responsible for leading strategic, mandatory and regulatory change initiatives across the Capital Markets domain within Private Bank Emerging Markets (PB EM).
The role will drive transformation programmes that enhance front-office capabilities, client experience, trading platform efficiency, regulatory compliance, automation, and straight-through processing across Capital Markets products including Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, FX, and Advisory solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with Business Sponsors, Front Office stakeholders, Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Architecture teams, and external vendors to deliver complex cross-functional programmes aligned with the Capital Markets strategy and broader Private Bank transformation agenda.

Your key responsibilities:
Strategy & Transformation
Drive the Capital Markets transformation roadmap aligned with Private Bank strategic objectives.
Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, digitalisation, regulatory compliance, and revenue enhancement.
Translate business priorities into executable change initiatives, business cases, funding requests, and implementation plans.
Support strategic planning and investment decisions across the Capital Markets portfolio.
Programme & Change Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets transformation initiatives from inception through implementation.
Manage programme scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
Establish effective governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for sponsors and senior management.
Facilitate programme steering committees, decision-making forums, and executive updates.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Partner with Capital Markets stakeholders to drive change across Advisory, Structured Products, Equities, Fixed Income, and FX product domains.
Support regulatory, booking model, product onboarding, digitalisation, and platform enhancement initiatives impacting the Capital Markets business.
Work with Front Office, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to define business requirements and target operating models.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve trading, advisory, execution, and client servicing processes.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with architectural, operational, and control standards.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Capital Markets, Transformation, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture functions.
Act as a key point of contact for business sponsors and senior stakeholders on programme progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
Coordinate across regional and global teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery objectives.
Risk, Controls & Implementation
Ensure initiatives comply with applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and control standards.
Support remediation programmes, audit actions, and regulatory change initiatives where required.
Lead testing, implementation, business readiness, communication, training, and adoption activities.
Track programme outcomes and ensure expected business benefits are realised post implementation.
Your skills and experience:
Strong understanding of Capital Markets products including Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, FX, and Advisory solutions.
Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes involving Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
Minimum 12 years of experience leading complex business transformation and technology initiatives within Financial Services.
Experience working with Front Office stakeholders, Product Owners, Architecture, Technology, and Operations teams.
Experience leading project teams and delivering complex transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Strong programme governance, stakeholder management, and senior management reporting capabilities.
Experience managing complex cross-functional and multi-region initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory and control requirements impacting Capital Markets businesses. Bachelor’s degree, Master/ MBA in relevant field e.g. Business Management, Project Management. CFA, PMP, or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into executable change initiatives.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
