Job Title- Confirmation Analyst (Japanese), NCT

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

  • Audit and Balance confirmation Team provides confirmation about the business relationship of a customer on a certain date upon receipt of request from the client in Japanese Language. This process is spread across throughout the year. The final consolidated confirmation from all stakeholders gets dispatched to the respective Customer and Auditor.

  • The primary objective is to deliver a high-quality service compliant with bank values and beliefs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analyst is required to generate Balance Position statements by going into several internal and external applications Japanese Language. The extracted data from applications to be analyzed and entered in the work-flow tools.

  • Analyst is also required to understand the received queries in mailboxes and respond to the stakeholders accordingly in Japanese Language.

  • Members are required to perform quality checking/4-eye as well.

Your skills and experience

  • N3 or above Japanese language certification.

  • Knowledge of Audit Confirmation and Bank Report

  • Experience in Offshore Banking Operations

  • Good English communication skill

  • Knowledge of Banking Operations and Transactions.

  • Advance MS-Excel and Word

  • Computer know-how

  • Good operational skills, and ability to work independently.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
