What we will offer you:

  • Primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle, with clear communication, appropriate governance and timely escalation of issues where required, and support for client meetings and onboarding discussions in partnership with Sales and Product, including explanation of process, clarification of requirements and management of expectations in line with Deutsche Bank capabilities
  • Coverage of a high-profile client portfolio, with representation of Transition Management in discussions with senior client contacts and internal stakeholders, and delivery of a professional and well-coordinated onboarding experience
  • Coordination across Legal, Credit, Compliance, Know Your Client, Technology, Operations, Client Services, OCRM, Sales and Product teams, including across regional and global jurisdictions, alongside definition, documentation and challenge of business requirements at the outset to ensure clarity, completeness and shared understanding before execution.
  • Management of implementation timelines, dependencies, risks and blockers across multiple concurrent workstreams, with alignment to agreed priorities and client commitments, alongside regular updates to business stakeholders through governance forums, weekly pipeline reviews and management information, including clear articulation of progress, delivery status and required actions.
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement in transition processes, documentation, controls and reporting, and support for the wider team in embedding consistent standards and best practice.

Your skills and experience:
