As a Senior Manager of Operations, you will lead all aspects of operations as we launch a new endeavor that represents the next evolution of our customer experience and market growth strategy. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure market integrity, and drive operational excellence as we scale.
What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Operations
Oversee all day-to-day activities of the operations team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of core processes.
Develop, document, and optimize operational workflows, playbooks, and escalation procedures to drive efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Monitor system activity and performance to ensure smooth operations and rapid identification of anomalies or issues.
Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless and resilient user experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key external and internal partners, ensuring operational alignment and prompt issue resolution.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage operational risks, leading incident investigations and remediation as needed.
Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics to inform decision-making and drive ongoing process improvement.
Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and scalability of operational processes.
What you’ll bring
7+ years of experience in operations, process management, or a related field in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
A track record of leading teams or orchestrating complex workflows with structure and clarity.
Expertise in building and improving operational processes that deliver speed and consistency.
A strong analytical foundation with comfort navigating data and using it to inform action.
Sharp communication skills and a collaborative approach that builds trust across functions.
Adaptability, grit, and a drive to solve problems in evolving, ambiguous contexts.
Experience launching or scaling operations within a tech-driven business, or working with systems integration, automation, or risk frameworks.
A passion for continuous improvement and a mindset that’s always looking to raise the bar.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 116,000.00 USD - 145,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
