What You’ll Do:
- Assist principal investigators with budget preparation, revisions, reconciliation, and time extensions.
- Compile information for grant proposals and enter data into SPS.
- Provide technical and administrative support during grant and contract negotiations.
- Prepare proposal elements such as biosketches and other support documentation.
- Facilitate the RSSA process.
- Monitor grant/contract activities and coordinate reporting requirements.
- Monitor reporting and compliance timelines for new awards.
- Assist investigators in preparing necessary documentation for site visits.
- Reconcile financial information on sponsor reports to the university general ledger, reviewing financial transactions for compliance with sponsor terms and university policies.
- Support the Revenue Management process for industry-funded projects.
- Facilitate financial transactions, close-out activities, and special projects.
- Assist with renewal applications for animal or human subject protocols.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable regulations and protocols.

- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
- Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to manage multiple tasks.
