What You’ll Do:
- Oversee strategic calendar management for senior leadership involved in global activities.
- Coordinate travel and expense management for leadership.
- Organize and manage high-profile meetings and committees, handling all logistics.
- Screen and route sensitive correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.
- Support global committees and working groups through scheduling, documentation, and collaboration.
- Manage internal and external agreements, including MOUs.
- Assist with special projects, workshops, and conferences, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate logistics for international visitors and delegations.
- Provide end-to-end support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and liaise with other Duke offices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
