In this role, you’ll help drive the strategic and operational excellence of our football program. You’ll support coaches with critical analysis, planning, and recruiting functions that strengthen our ability to compete at the highest level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the assigned position coach, coordinator, and coaching staff to organize and create playbooks and presentations used for scheme installation.
  • Assist the coaching staff with practice planning and organizational needs to support efficient and effective training sessions.
  • Conduct film breakdown and manage data entry for football practices and games throughout the year.
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports on football schemes, trends, and tendencies to assist with game‑planning and strategic decision‑making.
  • Support the coaching staff with prospect identification, recruiting organization, and the operations and execution of on‑campus recruiting visits.

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills typically gained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree.
  • At least one year of experience working within a collegiate or high school football program (collegiate experience preferred).
  • OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
