What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and maintain the football recruiting database, ensuring timely and accurate prospect information.
- Conduct transcript reviews for all potential prospects to support academic evaluation and compliance requirements.
- Identify and recommend potential recruits to position coaches and staff, supporting both offensive and defensive recruiting efforts.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with recruits, their families, and high school programs across the country.
- Oversee offer tracking and manage logistics for assigned player positions.
- Contribute to a culture of integrity by upholding and applying NCAA recruiting regulations.

Anticipated Pay Range:
Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $65,000 to USD $70,000. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
