We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate with 2-5 years of relevant industry experience to join our Debt Placement team in our Frankfurt office. In this role, you will be afforded new challenges with the opportunity to develop expertise in your discipline. This position also involves a significant role in business transactions including client and investor communication, supervision of Analysts and the underwriting process, creation and execution of marketing collateral, as well as continued hands-on training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• responsibilities include start to finish transaction execution, collaboration with lenders and clients, and oversight of the financial underwriting
• closely with senior team members and mentoring and training Analysts
• underwriting, due diligence review and transaction execution
• comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
• presentations and other materials for clients
• pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
• and build relationships with clients and lenders that ultimately lead to new business

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• years of commercial real estate experience
• English and German language proficiency required
• degree is required

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• in financial modeling within Excel and preparing presentations within PowerPoint
• communication, analytical, and writing skills
• financial analysis and excel modeling skills
• ability to consistently produce high quality work under tight time frames
• to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
• in commercial real estate with a focus on capital markets
• ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment
