We are currently seeking a Creative Designer (12-month FTC) to join our busy in-house design team based in London. You will be responsible for creating brand collateral across both digital and print media.

This is an exciting and varied role that requires a pro-active individual who thrives in a fast paced and vibrant environment but can remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint and know how to use Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Illustrator and Photoshop.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and adapt designs for and not limited to proposals and bespoke OMs/IMs primarily in PowerPoint.
  • Create working PowerPoint templates and master slides – our designs are completely bespoke across both landscape and portrait formats (print and screen).
  • Create graphics and any other visual elements in Illustrator for PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Collaborate on multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members.
  • Identify and develop best practice for effective communication of messages through imagery, charts and infographics.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ relevant industry experience.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Understanding of what makes communications effective.
  • Previous experience working with visual identities and working on high level proposals/OMs advantageous.
  • A good portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and awareness of industry trends.
  • Understanding of all key delivered channels across print and digital.
  • Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint is essential, including knowing how to set up master slides, working knowledge of other MS Office programs.
  • Can use Adobe CC Suite such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality visual designs and thinking conceptually.
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail
  • An ability to organise work within an existing design and job booking processes (Monday.com).
  • Collaborative with good creative judgement.
