Description

Eastdil Secured is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join our Debt team in our Atlanta office. This position will involve complex quantitative analysis and financial modeling. In addition, responsibilities will include overseeing the underwriting process, creation and execution of marketing collateral, process execution, and providing hands-on training and oversight of a team of Analysts.

Essential Functions

• Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis.
• Financial underwriting, due diligence review, and transaction execution.
• Performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis.
• Preparing presentations and other materials for clients, to include creating pitches, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Education Qualifications

• 2-3 years of institutional commercial real estate or investment banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree with a preference for business, real estate, finance, and accounting concentrations.

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance.
• Strong ARGUS, financial analysis, and excel modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deals using financial modeling techniques with a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to create and execute high-quality marketing collateral with strong writing, market research, and power point skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight time frames.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines.
• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment.
