Eastdil Secured is currently seeking a Los Angeles-based Senior Market Research Coordinator to join the marketing team. This entry-level position will primarily focus on coordinating the production of marketing materials and conducting market research.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and new business presentations, collaborating with the marketing, design, and transaction teams.
  • Perform market research; collect, download, and distribute market intel and reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for marketing components including photography, maps, etc.
  • Conduct area/economic research and write short copy.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials, upholding brand standards and providing quality control.
  • Organize and maintain team folders for projects, market reports, and other materials.
  • Organize and participate in internal meetings.
  • Work proactively to ensure a quick and efficient marketing process.
  • Provide administrative support to CMOs and marketing team as needed, and report to VP of Marketing and operate as part of a global team.

Education and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of corporate experience, including at least 1 year in a commercial real estate/capital markets environment.
  • B.A. or B.S. required, preferred degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, Real Estate, English Literature, Communications, or similar.

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required, including advanced skills in Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience using AI, applying prompts, improving efficiency, automating tasks. Full Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Experience with coordinating with vendors, ordering photography and graphic components for marketing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, copywriting capabilities required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing for agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, proactive and deadline driven.
  • Production of high-quality work under tight timeframes.
  • Personable with ability to interface effectively with internal teams and vendors.
  • Desire to be part of a demanding, highly focused, collaborative team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
