Program Description

As an Eastdil Secured Summer Intern, you will spend the summer learning about the commercial real estate industry and build a strong foundation of skills essential to be a full-time Analyst. The program is designed to provide comprehensive on-the-job training led by team members who are experts in the real estate investment banking field. Summer interns will learn real estate fundamentals and financial principles and gain valuable experience in Excel financial modeling.

Summer Interns will have the opportunity to:

• Develop an understanding of detailed corporate and financial information
• Build various financial analyses
• Assist in creating marketing materials for active transactions
• Assist with due diligence collection and review
• Present ideas and analytical insights to senior team members

What we’re looking for:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation during the 2026-2027 academic year
• Minimum GPA of 3.5
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker and team player
• Demonstrated personal accountability with an urgency for achieving results
• Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in real estate finance
• Interest in pursuing a full-time analyst role in real estate investment banking post-graduation
