Eastdil Secured is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to join the firm in the New York or Los Angeles office. The AI Enablement Lead will serve as a bridge between business teams and technology, driving the practical deployment of AI across live deals and business operations. This role is execution-focused and embedded in day-to-day workflows, ensuring that AI tools translate into measurable gains in speed-to-market, quality, and overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines applied AI fluency with strong business judgment. They are comfortable working directly with senior deal professionals, diagnosing workflow friction, rapidly prototyping solutions, and moving from pilot to scaled rollout. This individual will play a central role in shaping firmwide AI adoption, establishing standards for responsible use, and ensuring initiatives align with Eastdil Secured’s broader technology roadmap and strategic priorities.

This role is accountable for identifying high-impact use cases, deploying production-ready solutions, and driving firmwide adoption. Success is defined by increased deal velocity, reduced manual workload, and improved output quality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Workflow Optimization

  • Help identify process bottlenecks and pain points across deal support, execution, and operations
  • Translate business needs into clear AI requirements and executable workflows
  • Assist in building and deploying AI workflows in partnership with the Technology team and approved vendors
  • Stress-test workflows for accuracy, reliability, and repeatability prior to firmwide release
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps a big plus

Prioritization and Evaluation

  • Track, evaluate, and work with senior mgmt. to prioritize incoming AI ideas from global ES teams
  • Assess AI startups and established vendors; support onboarding where appropriate
  • Maintain a live, ranked backlog of AI initiatives aligned with firm-level priorities and AI strategy
  • Create and maintain list of custom GPTs, prompt libraries, and reusable workflow templates

Education and Enablement

  • Support AI education across the firm through group trainings, team sessions, and one-on-one meetings with senior partners
  • Produce short screen recordings, annotated examples, and reusable prompt templates
  • Track AI adoption across teams and identify usage gaps or workflow breakdowns
  • Continuously refine internal AI documentation and enablement materials

Rapid Response Deal Support (as needed)

  • Provide hands-on AI support on live deals to accelerate speed-to-market
  • Generate first-draft content, analyses, and diligence materials using approved AI workflows
  • Act as a force multiplier for deal teams during peak workload periods

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of relevant IT program/project management, adoption, and enablement experience including:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant AI experience in one or more of the following:
  • AI startup, consultancy, or applied AI role
  • Commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial services with demonstrated AI focus
  • Solutions Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Manager at a FinTech, PropTech, Private Equity or CRE company – with demonstrated AI focus

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Technical & AI Skills

  • Strong prompt engineering and applied LLM experience across multiple models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Experience building structured AI workflows using APIs, automation tools, or low-code platforms
  • Understanding of data privacy, model limitations, hallucination risk, and responsible AI deployment
  • Ability to evaluate AI vendors from a technical and practical deployment perspective
    Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and workflow automation tools
  • Working knowledge of data structures, Excel-based modeling, and document automation

Business & Execution Skills

  • Demonstrated track record of streamlining processes and deploying AI-enabled solutions that materially improve speed or output quality
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical, working tools
  • Strong prioritization discipline with ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-performance transaction environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable running workshops, trainings, and working sessions with senior professionals
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define success metrics and measure adoption impact
