In Ecolab we're looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our Iberia Local Logistics Team. The job incumbent will be responsible for managing and granting the right processes of different warehouses align with company processes.

This role requires both daily operational tasks and continuous improvement projects.

Accountabilities

Warehousing & Transportation management

  • To be the liaison with our 3PLs granting operational procedures.

  • To do the close follow-up of Inbound & Outbound processes providing solutions to any operational issue

  • To be responsible for managing & solving stock discrepancies

  • To be responsible for customer delivery performance and customer returns.

  • To be responsible for reporting any safety issue according Ecolab policies.

  • This role requires experience in Warehouses.

SAP Master data management

  • To be accountant of the material creation at warehouse level

  • To be accountant of maintaining customer logistic information

  • To be responsible of creating some operational events on SAP

Skills and Experience

  • Logistics or planning background preferred.

  • Microsoft office experience (Specifically Microsoft Excel).

  • Languages required: A candidate should be fluent both in Spanish and English.

  • SAP knowledge is a must.

  • Engineering or Economics degree are preferred. (supply chain complementary certifications or studies will be strongly valuated).

  • Spanish driver license B.
