The Territory Representative opportunity delivers a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program developed specifically for the QSR industry, partnering with our customers to identify cleaning & sanitation opportunities and help make their environments Cleaner, Safer, and Healthier.

The Territory Representative role manages a territory of customers in the QSR sector and is responsible for the following:

  • Learn to install, maintain, and repair our chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems (prior experience not required) to ensure proper function and appearance.
  • Growing sales and retaining existing customers by merchandizing solutions & providing service excellence
  • Gaining new sales through new products & customers
  • Providing customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys
  • Completing Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and providing feedback & coaching to support store needs
  • Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations
  • Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified
  • Developing and enhancing existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule

Position Details:

This is a field-based position and will require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:

Territory: Sudbury, Lindsay, Sault Ste Marie, Orillia. Applicants must live in Sudbury (or close surrounding areas)

Overnight Travel: Approximately 2 times per month

Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 11 weeks)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma. Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome!
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required at some customer sites

Physical Demands: Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
