For our high-tech R&D center we are currently looking for a
Packaging Engineer (f/m/d) based in Monheim am Rhein. The position is limited to 12 months.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively across functions and in global teams and liaise externally with multiple development partners in the packaging industry
Develop and own expertise in a wide range packaging technologies; define and perform scientific test programs and data analysis
Participate in multidisciplinary problem solving efforts to optimize packaging design and resolve manufacturing challenges
Collaborate with Ecolab´s Marketing and Sales organization to understand the customer and business needs and translate these into new packaging designs
Your Profile
University degree either in packaging engineering, chemical or mechanical engineering or natural sciences and some work experience (up to 2yrs) in an international environment, preferably in packaging development
Strong organizational and project management skills as well as self-reliant autonomous working manner
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders within an international environment
Ability to adapt quickly to new and different situations
Fluency in English is a must
