Legal Trainee Procurement Europe

The legal Supply Chain team is looking for a trainee to assist the procurement European team based in Barcelona, Spain. This role encompasses supporting contractual review of diverse supply and subcontract agreement, advising and soliciting input from internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions on various levels of complexity of contracts and documents to support the procurement European team and supporting the team with the claims toward our suppliers. In addition, this role include providing legal training to the team, contributing to templates improvement and different kind of legal research.
What You Will Do
- Review and negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Contribute to general legal advice to the procurement team
- Contribute to building the claims toward suppliers and subcontractors and supporting the follow up of such claims
- Partner with key stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal Supply Chain team

What You Will Need
- Master degree in Law
- Previous experience with multinational industrial / manufacturing companies preferred but not required
- Previous in-house experience preferred but not required.
- The ability to identify, analyze, assess and communicate legal risks to enable internal clients make quality, risk-adjusted business decisions
- Strong organizational skills
- English Fluency (other languages a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Flexibility to adapt and lead through change as business requirements evolve
