WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • As a key leader in Purolite's global production system transformation, you will lead the TPM transformation initiative. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will enhance equipment efficiency and optimize operational costs.
  • As a change management expert, you will take a hands-on approach to solving challenges and guiding teams through the transformation process. You will develop a localized TPM training system, create manufacturing skill models, and ensure 100% workforce certification, empowering core teams to master JIPM assessment methods.
  • Through regular health checks and audit rehearsals, you will ensure compliance with Purolite's global TPM governance standards.
  • Responsible for leading and executing Purolite’s Production System’s highly visible Total Productive Management (TPM) transformation. Expected to implement rapid change.
  • Be a hands-on team builder able to recognize others' resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process.
  • Use existing knowledge in TPM principles, combined with on-the-job process expertise and stakeholder input to identify opportunities, prioritize and manage multiple improvement projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science or Business with 8+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams with 2+ years’ experience in TPM Principals and methods (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, visual management, Kaizen).
  • Prefer 3+ years’ experience applying TPM in a JIPM TPM award winning plant with proven experience driving large scale culture shifts.
  • Able to independently lead the TPM change through self-motivation, with a bias for action, a sense of urgency, and tendency to quickly take personal responsibility to drive improvements and culture shifts in manufacturing excellence.
