This opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the institutional sector, including hospitality, healthcare, education, and foodservice.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through to contract negotiation and onboarding.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

  • Deliver against sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Institutional division.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within institutional or service-based industries.

  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel within the London area and occasionally across the UK.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in hygiene, facilities management, or food safety sectors.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
