Ecolab is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer to join Quality Assurance Life Sciences team. The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for a variety of routine and non-routine quality functions in support of Ecolab's Life Sciences division.

As an MQA, you will be responsible for quality decisions on the production floor, batch review and release, and QMS maintenance and continuous improvement.

In addition, you'll serve as the Quality voice and approver for site and validation decisions, owning quality related projects, training, compliance monitoring/quality requirements and practices, audit preparation and hosting, trending, process analysis and document review as needed.

What You Will Do:
• Lead the Greensboro based quality team and ensure the site remains compliant and audit ready while consistently supporting the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate on validation, project, and planning tasks with the wider St. Paul based Life Sciences team, including Supply Chain, Quality, and RDE.
• Support ability of sales teams to expand customer base through virtual and on-site audits.
• Identify areas for improvement or gaps in the division development based on previous experience in regulated industries.

Position Details:
• This position is located in: Greensboro, NC
• This position will start on First Shift, transitioning to Second Shift in 2026.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in science or Engineering related field (microbiology, biology, chemistry, engineering, etc.)
• 2-5 years of experience working in cGMP or ISO compliant environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
• Practical understanding of chemistry and / or microbiology

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $98,600.00 - $148,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
