What You Will Do:

• 根据销售客户分布，制定国内运输最适配运输模式。
• 管理物流团队，根据销售订单按期安排出运，确保交付。
• 管理团队负责进出口操作，确保合规。
• 记录统计运输、外仓费用，分析费用合理性，并通过项目降低物流成本。
• 管理物流供应商绩效，保证其服务水平。
• 识别陆运、进出口操作中的改善机会，并能促进改善措施落地，提供操作效率。
• 制定并完善物流相关标准操作流程，对团队进行培训。
• 跟踪团队KPI，使团队绩效持续改进。

Minimum Qualifications:

• 物流管理或外贸相关专业本科及以上学历
• 3年以上化工或机械类行业进出口管理经验
• 国内物流模式搭建经验
• 物流成本优化项目经验
• 数据逻辑分析能力
• 英语口语、书面表达能力
• 较强的沟通能力
