工作职责

• 为客户和销售经理提供离子交换树脂在运行前、中、后期的技术支持，包括远程支持和现场服务，具体为产品选型、设计模型计算、产品投运、试车调试、故障解决、样品检测等等
• 关注离子交换树脂的应用性能，提出优化建议，定时回访客户并将情况反馈给相关部门
• 协助技术部门做离子交换树脂的新产品、新应用的开发和研究
• 管理产品应用和现场服务的相关技术资料、客户一手资料等数字资产
• 其他有关离子交换树脂应用技术的工作

任职要求

• 五年以上工作经验，拥有化学、化工及相关专业的本科和硕士学历；
• 具有良好的学习能力和自主独立工作能力；
• 有离子交换树脂行业相关工作经验者优先；
• 有化工工业现场经验者优先
• 英语口语基本交流能力，英文文献的良好的阅读能力；
• 适应短期全国各地出差；
