Logistics Analyst

The primary focus of the Logistics Analyst role is to support manufacturing and logistics functions. These may include but are not limited too the following: logistics planning & coordination, process documentation and documentation management, ownership of the post goods inventory process, ad hoc project support and other duties as assigned. This individual will also have the opportunity to support various aspects of TMS implementation and KPI development for multiple workstreams.

What You Will Do:
- Partner With Local Planning Teams, Shipping Docks & Customer Service Teams
- Design Outbound Transportation Shipments Through The Wave Planning Function In SAP
- Oversee The Post Goods Inventory And Other Order-To-Cash Functions Through SAP
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage Shipping Documents And Communications To Regional Outbound Docks
- Support & Design PGI Operations And Standards
- Documentation Of Work Processes & Procedures
- Maintain And Develop Communication Standards Between BA and NA Teams
- Frequently Collaborate Logistics Managers And Associate Logistics Managers On Ad Hoc Projects
- Additional Duties As Assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics experience
- Excellent verbal, written and timely communication skills
- Excellent English-Speaking skills
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with SAP
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience working with external support vendors
- Experience with SAP Logistics and Finance modules
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical acumen, problem solving and process design experience
- Exposure To Nalco Water Or Ecolab Logistics Processes
