Are you a strong leader with a talent for coaching and inspiring a team to achieve success? We are looking for an exceptional District Manager to lead our Austrian territory in Ecolab’s Food & Beverage division.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the profit and loss statement (P&L) in the Austrian market
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of specialists
  • Conducting business meetings with clients, including price and contract negotiations
  • Promoting business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and acquiring new clients
  • Supporting sales initiatives through effective operational planning and personnel management
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Complying with occupational health and safety guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment for the team

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in team leadership
  • Vocational training, university degree or similar training in food technology or a related field
  • An inspiring leader with a passion for developing their team members.
  • Customer-focused and experienced in delivering tailored, high-quality service solutions.
  • Experienced in financial management, including knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  • A champion of safety and committed to a safe working environment.
  • Excellent German and English skills
