About the Role
As the Administrative Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way our support teams operate. Your focus will be on:
Process improvement across administrative functions
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that simplify and streamline
Embedding new tools and digital capability (including Microsoft Copilot)
Guiding the team through change with clear communication and strong leadership
Driving consistency, accuracy and service excellence
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and coaching others through transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support an administrative team across ANZ
Map current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop, write and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Champion adoption of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow technologies
Partner with stakeholders to streamline SAP order processes
Oversee quality control, workload allocation, and performance
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation
Monitor process performance and provide regular reporting and insights
What You Bring
Proven experience in administrative leadership or team coordination
Demonstrated process improvement capabilities (Lean, continuous improvement or similar highly regarded)
Experience with SAP (order management, reporting or workflow)
High technical aptitude and enthusiasm for digital tools
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI assistants or automation tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide teams through change
Strong documentation skills and the ability to create clear SOPs
A collaborative leadership style and a passion for uplifting capability
