Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies. You’ll manage candidate relationships through sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer stages, leveraging multiple channels and assessment tools to identify top talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing hiring manager relationships. Gaining clear understanding of role requirements and supporting managers in their recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview and offer stage
- Managing candidate relationships. Including pre-screening candidates, telephone and face to face interviewing, progress updates and preparing offer
- Sourcing of candidates using main and niche channels (data base research; job-board searching / networking; external agencies and press, social and multimedia advertising)
- Use of assessment tools and techniques, including competency identification and interviewing, psychometric tools and data and candidate assessment centers
- Providing coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment techniques
- Handling of confidential data and information
- Developing talent-related processes, practices and strategies
What You Will Need:
- Degree in HR, business administration or equivalent experience
- + 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment interviewing techniques and understanding of legal and legislative compliance in the recruitment cycle
- Focus on business and people with understanding of financial goals and development of solutions related to human resources
- Basic knowledge of finance in financial services
- Strong consulting skills, adept at building relationships and gaining consensus through communications, negotiation and influencing skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Analytical Skills

- Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
