WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• 负责当班生产区域（全厂生产相关区域）和岗位的安全、环保、职业健康、安保和产品监管，确保遵守相关的公司规定和国家法律法规。
• 为提升SQPDC(安全、质量、生产效率、客户交付及降低产品成本)，创建生产SOP并更新提高
• 带领一个工厂轮班按照工厂需求进行生产活动，并负责本班工厂内所有生产运营相关事务。
• 管理并对班组的EHSS绩效负责
• 负责整个装置操作和运行，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内，保证质量和发货。
• 会使用ＳＡＰ（nice to have ）
• 与各工序工艺工程师一起及时判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题。
• 协调其它班组和相关部门，促进整个工厂生产的正常进行。
• 参与工厂设备的日常检查和执行自主维护，协调维修人员做预防性维护，推动故障设备及时检修。
• 培训新员工，提升所有操作人员的生产技能.
• 参与质量、安全事件和客户投诉的调查，并负责改正活动的具体实行。
• 参与5S的例行检查，负责班组的5S改善
• 对聚合或是胺化和磺化工艺有一定的了解和操作经验
• 具有团队管理经验

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 化工工艺专业及其它相关专业，大专以上学历。
• 具有5年以上化工行业操作经验，有“两重点一重大”企业工作经验。有2年化工厂倒班主管、工艺工程师和ＤＣＳ操作经验者优先。
• 参与过新建化工厂者优先考虑。
• 能知道化工基本英文，会MS-Office.
• 工作主动，具有团队合作精神。
• 愿意做倒班工作
